Small Group Functional Fitness

Train your body to handle the demands of everyday movement with this functional strength training class. We will focus on everyday movement patterns, Hinge, Squat, Push and Pull so you can move throughout your day with no pain, increased strength and great confidence. We will work on breathing techniques to increase core activation naturally and help you complete daily tasks with ease.

CORE

This class will focus on building balanced core strength, with breathing exercises, balance work and strength training. Learn how to identify and engage your core muscles.

PostNatal Exercise

It’s time to give your body a little grace and pampering, allowing it to be strong for the demands of your new adventure. We can work on building the body to handle all aspects from delivery to healing and re-strengthen. In this class, give some TLC to your body with exercise to repair and rebuild, while learning safe techniques so you can effectively care for your little one. We will work on everyday movement to help you carry a carseat, breastfeed without discomfort, enjoy bath time and help those pelvic floor muscle reshape and get back to what they were or even better.

1:1 Training

Work with me 1 on 1 to really get a detailed overview of what you need personally to move freely and continue to enjoy the activities you love most. Don’t let age, injury or lack of motivation keep you from the life you deserve.
